It's fast, friendly, and close to the airport. They get you on a bus almost immediately, and you are on your way. Plus they are usually cheaper than Flight Park, which is just down the street.
Aside from the obviously convenient location, I am appreciative of the VERY frequent arrivals of shuttles at the airport and prompt departure from the facility. Pricing is reasonable and all staff, from the entrance booth to the drivers have been uniformly polite and friendly.

The South parking lot is easy to reach from the east valley. The shuttle picked us up within minutes both ways. I feel safer parking here than at the airport itself.

Ease of access. The app allowed for a quick pickup. I did struggle with paying ahead of time and then apparently not parking in the correct area which led to an increased amount.

I like that you pick me up at my car. What I don't like: I think your prices have gone up higher than surrounding parking lots. Also when I prepaid and had to cancel you did not refund. However if I don't prepay I can cancel anytime with no consequences. I have been a member for a very long time and love your location. But please stop penalizing those members who prepay!
