I was apprehensive about the parking process because it was my first time. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything went smoothly and at a reasonable price as well.

Ease of securing parking near the airport with transportation to the terminal. The return to the parking spot is very convenient and the drivers are friendly and helpful loading and unloading luggage. My vehicle is waiting and ready to hop in.

The shuttles run frequently and you can see the location of the shuttles on the app while waiting for a pickup at the airport. That is a very useful feature.

I used Parking Spot for the first time at the Charlotte Douglas Airport. I was very satisfied with the service. I parked my car , and the van came right away. The driver was very courteous, and professional. Upon my return at the airport I walked outside, and the van was their. The driver was also very courteous, and professional. Parking at the Charlotte Douglas Airport is very expensive. Parking Spot was half the price. I would highly recommend Parking Spot , and I will definitely be using them again.
