Guest Testimonials
I've been using The Parking Spot at Phoenix Sky Harbor for a while now, and the experience has been consistently outstanding. The check-in process is quick and seamless, the lot is well-lit, secure, and easy to navigate, and the staff are always friendly and professional. The shuttle drivers deserve special mention — they're courteous, helpful with luggage, and get you to your terminal promptly. Booking through the app is effortless, and the pricing is very reasonable for the peace of mind you get leaving your car in safe hands.
My only request: please increase the frequency of the return shuttles from Sky Harbor back to the lot. After a long flight, the wait at the pickup zone can stretch longer than expected, especially during peak evening hours. More frequent return buses would make an already great service truly flawless.
Highly recommend The Parking Spot to anyone flying out of PHX — I wouldn't park anywhere else!
Shuttle was right there when we arrived
Very easy to use, everytime I get off my flight a shuttle is there and my car is ready to go. Shuttle drivers are always nice and helpful.
Timely pick up and efficiency. Our driver was fantastic?
Friendly and fast
Great customer service and easy to use! I would definitely reserve again.
Friendly, efficient and effective
Friendly service always!
Great for domestic, too far for international. I also wish you would rename FLY and PLUS to 3 and 4. It would be much clearer to people who don’t know about your merger history.
Professional helpful
Staff. Excellent location
Shuttle was immediately available!
Ease of access and automated system. Entry personnel could be more helpful. I walked away from my parking spot because no one came to pick us up. I didn’t know that I was supposed to stay by my vehicle. That could have been communicated upon entry.
24 hour human assistance
Excellent covered parking facility with friendly and helpful staff.
Quick pickup at airport for return to parking facility.
Covered parking
Drop off at terminals
We did have to wait for a while in the heat for a van. Meanwhile 3-4 vans came for the other lot!
So convenient valet makes it sooo easy when you arrive from your flight. It was so quick and much better than airport parking lots! 10/10
Easy find spot always
The driver actually put my luggage in my drunk I have never had that done before
Fast. Good value.
Everything was super easy and great, and our driver back was fantastic!
Love The Parking Spot! It's so convenient, very affordable, and all the staff are amazing!!! I will always use it, and recommend it to others!
Easy, fast with always less than 5m of wait time on departure/arrival
Great parking and they went to covered parking the entire parking area, which is fantastic
Quickness to get to and from the airport
Convenience, friendly staff, fair prices.
Fast pick up and drop off. Love covered parking. Appreciate coupons.
Love being picked up and returned directly to our car!
Quick easy great people!!! A little confusing on how to get in there & where to drive to initially, but just look at which way the cars are pointed & you can figure it out quickly! Lol
Our car broke down in this lot and all of the staff we encountered were kind and helpful!
