I love the covered, secure location to leave my car while away.
Only thing I dislike is when waiting for pick-up from the airport, twice now, we've had people come out the door after us (in one instance 10 mins after us) and be the first ones on the bus (forcing their way to the front when the bus pulled up to the curb), almost to the point where we didn't even get on when we were the first ones out the door to wait.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the wait time is reasonable and making a reservation online is easy. The biggest concern for me is cost. It seems to be a bit high.

They picked us up from out parking spot quickly, was first drop off at terminal and on return trip, they were quick in the shuttle area and we were first stop at our car. Very efficient, easy and affordable.
The Columbus Airport "Parking Spot" facility is convenient for access and timely regarding pick-up and drop-off. My wife and I have used the facility twice in the past 4 weeks and loved the convenience.
They provide great service and friendly staff. Always timely.

I likke the services. There is one issue. Previously, an email could be submitted in order to have the car retrieved and waiting. Now, the app doesn't contain an option for email notification of the parking number for pickup. I would like to see that option returned to your website.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the quality of your employees. I had a dead battery when I arrive back to my car. The driver of my bus (I believe it was Ron, hoping I got that correct) was way beyond wonderful. He tried two different boosters, which unfortunately didn’t start the car. I called my insurance for a tow, but had a long wait. He kept checking back on me and brought me a snack and offered me water. I really appreciated that I wasn’t left on my own. In addition, the woman manning the gate was also very kind and polite. Oh, and I forgot to mention, of course it was pouring down rain. Thank you all so much!! I have always used this lot and will continue to do so because of your staff. Keep up the good job, it is noticed!
