on time and personable
convenience
So many things! The parking spot is easy to find and use. The shuttles are very timely - there's hardly time to get the bags out of the car and he's there. When you return, it is not a long wait for the shuttle to pick you up and they drop you right at your car. The shuttles are very recognizable. Every employee I've encountered has been kind and super helpful. I won't park anywhere else
So easy to get to the airport. Shuttle service was fast, helpful and so very nice !! Wouldn't choose anywhere else to park !
Convenient and close to airport! We were picked right up leaving and returning. The drivers were so personable and friendly
It’s super convenient. I like booking in advance and always getting a spot. The discounts are great and the shuttle drivers are very courteous and efficient.
I LIKE BEING DROPPED AT MY TERMINAL. Previously we were dropped at the wrong terminal and then had to add time and stress to get to the correct one. I don't understand why that ever changed. The driver was very timely and we didn't have to wait too long for rides.
Close proximity to the airport.
Close to the airport and quick response to needs for transportation.
It is easy to get to and easy to find upon your return.
Friendly staff, easy to park and great shuttle drivers that are very helpful with luggage.
Easy - Reliable - Friendly
Its very convenient very nice and helpful.
The location, and using valet, when we came back from a long trip, it was so nice to have our car waiting for us. The bottle of cold water given as we drove off was super. It was a good experience, especially because we stayed right next door at the Hilton LAX.
Convenient
Friendly staff, convenient location, promotions
Quick and easy, never have to wait long, covered.
It was easy to make the online reservation, I like that the lot is staffed 24 hours/day. The shuttle drivers are not only courteous they helped us with our considerable luggage as well and were genuinely friendly. I also liked that the parking spots are covered to protect my car from falling planes.
Convenient and very courteous.
Price is always good (with discount) and buses run well enough. Would be nice if they offered more reasonable options to international.

The helpful, professional knowledgeable staff and the security of my vehicle
The Parking Spot (in particular Parking Spot 1 in Phoenix) is my go to location for leaving my car when traveling. It's in a great location, it has covered parking which is great in the summer time and the process is very easy to use. I have used other places in the past, but over the past 10 years or so, I have found the Parking Spot to be the best.
