Greeted as we entered and directed where to park. Bus quickly picked us up and had us dropped off in no time. Nice and courteous service
The Parking Spot is a highly reputable parking location. My vehicle is in good hands while I travel. To and from the airport - shuttle drivers are courteous, kind, helpful, and safe.
well organized and the drivers have been so friendly and helpful
Great people and great service!
Easy check in, Friendly employees and good shuttle drivers (and Friendly). Been using The Parking Spot for about 15yrs
I appreciate the assistance with pick up of me and my luggage and returning it to my car as well. The bottle of cold water is a welcome touch.
One question on both my outbound and inbound trips the drivers asked me to leave the handle of my large suitcase up so they could lift it by the handle. I did not want to do that because it damages the integrity of the operation of the handle. One driver complained that it’s weakening my handle or his back. This is the first time that has happened to me in all the times I’ve used your service. Is it a new policy? It seems to me that if the drivers aren’t able to handle luggage, they should not be hired.
Its easy and convenient to use
Easy access to park and worry free for getting to the airport and back to your vehicle after traveling.
Efficient and convenient
Usually very fast
The convenience of using the app to get in and out with no delays
Friendly, efficient, fast, helpful and courteous!
It would be nice if the checkout line offered “tap” for a credit card. Because I had to “swipe” in the lane I was in, my card company declined the charge. We finally got it to work but it required changing lanes and hand entering the number. I know I could save my card to the app as an option but prefer not to do that. Apple Pay?
And thanks for the water!
Thank you!!
Reliable, convenient, and consistently excellent service.
The staff are always friendly and professional, the shuttle is quick, and the airport parking experience is hassle-free every time. THANKS !!
Quick service
I always use The Parking Spot when we need to travel out of the Cleveland airport. The drivers are always kind and safety driven. Helpful in putting our luggage in the van and not seeming to mind doing it. We highly recommend The Parking spot.
I always reserve my parking sport through the app. It is very easy and efficient.
Convenient, choices for parking ( covered, open) priced as good or better than airport parking. Comparable time to front door.
Great friendly staff, easy and timely transfer to the airport. Great experience.
Convenience and friendly drivers
Fast. Easy. Convenient
Great service!!
Fast and convenient.
This was a great place to park and keep your car to park for the airport. It was easy to park, and the shuttle was fast and came right to the car. It was easy getting back to my car. I would park here again. The only negative is they changed the pick up location for shuttle due to the world cup.
everthing
Friendly staff, Marvin was amazing!
My go to for airport parking. Safe, easy to park and on time pick up and drop off.
On schedule and courteous.
Everyone went out of their way to make sure that we understood the parking process.. They were helpful with our luggage. They were helpful upon our entrance and were exceptionally helpful with our exit process. You have an awesome team! We will definitely be using you again as well as referring your location to all our friends and family!!!
Organized and managed professionally.
Great valet service from start to finish. When you arrive, they take your bags, get you on the bus with a cold water in hand, park your car and you're off to make your flight. When you return, you catch their bus which takes you back to your car waiting for you. They load your bags. So easy!
