YOu have really nice drivers who are attentive and efficient and helpful.
Convience
The shuttle service upon arrival to the Parking Spot East was readily available at my spot upon parking. The driver was courteous and very helpful in getting us loaded and the "full shuttle" of other passengers and luggage. The driver communicated clearly and was very personable and friendly with all passengers, especially the two families with little ones.
a little more costly but In garage out of weather. timely transport to and from airport.
They make it very easy. Park your car. The shuttle is there to drop you at airport. On the return back they track you as you arrive at shuttle area. Shuttle was there in less than 5 minutes.
Polite shuttle drivers. Didn't have to wait long to get picked up from airport. Short wait to go to airport.
I was very pleased with the Parking Spot service to me and my family.

Nice driver. Good promotions. I always feel safe parking there!
Easy! Organized, friendly and helpful employees, and I like discounts if reserve ahead!
1. The shuttle is right there as soon as you park.
2. The driver helps with bags.
3. The driver gives you the location of your car.
4..I can now tip the driver when I don't have small bills with the QR code.
5. You now give specific instructions of exactly where to go to catch the shuttle upon your return.
6. Rewards for future discounts.
You've really stepped up your game!
Friendly staff. Fast, convenient shuttle, safe place to leave my car.
Very near the airport
Ease in transporting to the airport. Your drivers are always very courteous and helpful. I don’t have to wait but a very few minutes to be picked up (sometimes they are right outside the door). Thank you
More promotions haha
Close to airport. Good price. Friendly service. What I don’t like is coming to my car, which I pay extra topark inside only to find that it’s been covered in bird poop.
Great service, never have to wait to long for your ride
Easy to get in and out of, reasonable priced. Staff/ drivers very courteous.
The Parking Spot is easy to reserve, a safe place to leave your car and the shuttle drivers are wonderful and very helpful.
The Parking Spot is very convenient and reasonably priced. I also like that there is a shuttle to take you to and from the airport.
You do a great job!
Ease of in and out. Ease of pickup and dropoff.
Picked us up very quickly both on departure and arrival.
It was EASY ! I've never used your service before, but was impressed with the great app, the easy communication through email and texts and the simplicity of the process. Plus, the staffers I interacted with were friendly and very helpful - and the process was smooth enough that there aren't a lot of interactions necessary but I was a first-timer. I will DEFINITELY repeat using this service for longer trips.
