When I returned from a 5 day trip I found my car battery was dead. The ParkSpot employees immediately had one of the Valets carry a portable battery up to my car and help jump it. I really appreciate this.

I love being able to reserve my spot, get right in and have my driver pick me up and drop me directly at my parking spot. And, I appreciate receiving discounts for being a member. Only one suggestion.........you need a "Turn Here" sign with an arrow at the access road to get to "The Spot", as it is quite easy to miss.

Always loved the Parking Spot. I can make arrangements online and the bus service getting to the airport has been great. The buses are always running, clean, and they have great drivers
Price is reasonable. I have always been picked up by the van driver within a few minutes of parking my car. The drivers have been helpful and courteous. When I return, the van is at the airport pretty quickly to return me to my car.
Convenience and reasonable prices!
On my last trip, I really liked the shuttle driver (Lisa; older black woman) upon my return to CLT on 9/16 between 5p-6p. She stopped for me when I waved at her in Zone1. There were a lot of shuttles there dropping off or picking up. I am really glad she saw me. Anyway, the shuttle ended up being FULL yet she helped EVERYONE with their bags. And when she was dropping us off, she announced every stop. Again, she helped everyone with their bags.. with a smile on her face. Sadly, no one but me tipped her.

It would be helpful to have a UR code available to scan for tips. I don't carry cash on me and both times I had to ask if I was able to send them money a different way. I think tipping drivers for their service is important.
