I have one question, however.

We used the North Parking Spot in January (8 - 14). When we got home I noticed black spots on a side of the car, as if it was an overspray. I thought they would come off easily, but in six weeks, I have not been able to remove them.
Were you doing something on the roof of the parking structure that week? It is hard to tell if it is tar or paint. Can you please look into this and respond. Knowing more about the contents of the spots would help me remove them.

I got stuck another day at the Baltimore airport because of the TSA fiasco. I was scared because the computer was down when I first arrived to the parking spot so I couldn’t extend my entry and I was scared it would cause an issue when I was leaving. The individual who helped me on my way out was so kind and made me feel so much better when I was so tired and just wanted to get home. 5 star service!!

App is super easy to use. Pickup is quick and efficient.

I use the Century Boulevard parking lot and it was extremely convenient to get to and from lax. The shuttles ran very frequently and the staff was courteous. No complaints. The only issue I had was to track where to locate the shuttle. The confirmation did not explain where to catch the shuttle.

Easy to reserve and pick up times are ok. Bus drivers are nice and helpful.
