Close to the airport, our favorite hotel and quick trip from the lot to the airport. Virtually no wait for the bus from the lot or from the airport!
The drivers are there immediately after you arrive to your parking spot. They are friendly and always take my luggage out of my car and put it in the van and then take it out at the airport. The attendant in the booth at the entrance is also friendly and helpful with checking in and telling me I will use the same code when exiting. It is so convenient, I don't have to depend on someone to take me to the airport or pick me up, especially when getting home late at night The van arrives quickly when you exit the airport and gets you right to where you parked your car. Highly recommend this sevice.
Pickup vehicles are prompt and clean. Checking in and out is easy with the advance reservation system.

There needs to be a better system for airport pickup and defining whether South, East, or West more clearly.
We came in late Saturday March 21 from Cancun and there was an enormous amount of people in line and many had been waiting for your shuttle for over an hour!
The “so called” South line had people there who were needing the East or West shuttle. So very confusing.
We called an Uber to take the 5 of us plus baggage to the South parking lot to get to our car rather than wait in a confusing line for hours.
Realizing it was spring break time just made it all the more people and very confusing.
We will continue to use the South parking Spot lot, but something needs to be done to more clearly identify the different pickup locations.
The signs were on the sidewalk and could not be seen with the amount of people waiting.
The signs need to be higher in order for people to see.
We are 80 year old people and this “mess” is not conducive to Seniors!!
Convenient and easy
We've been The Parking Spot Customers since 2009. We were in the Dallas area at Love Field when we began using TPS. The location there was always clean, staff helpful & the area was well lite at night & customer service was above average. When we came back to Chicago 3 years ago, we were disappointed not finding TPS location within the Midway airport realm. But alas, no sooner had we said that TPS assumes a previous location by a competitor & we immediately made use of the location. Virtually to the T, all aspects of our experience at the Love Field location in Dallas were replicated here in Chicago - Midway location. We particularly enjoy the 'covered parking' opportunity. We've used this location twice in the last year with satisfaction each time. Until our next trip.......

Friendly efficient staff - quick shuttle to airport.
Water bottles at check out. Parking spot west is easy to get to. You are building more covered parking! Yay! Shuttle drivers are kind. The app is easy to use. I like watching where the shuttles are on the app. We arrived very late Saturday night, and you provided a phone number to call , it was answered promptly, and shuttle came in 10 minutes!

It's so easy! Reserve on the app, arrive and check in, ride the shuttle to the terminal. On your return get your baggage, open the app and go to the shuttle loading area (walking there is the hardest part !). Ride the shuttle back to The Parking Spot, get your car. Easy!
