The biggest problem for a long time is parking in the covered area you have to drive around all the construction to get to covered and then get on the bus and drive all back around in bus to get to airport and same on coming home and we pay a premium for the covered. I love that I can choose to park my car or valet. I love that the bus comes and picks us up wherever we choose. Coming in is super easy. Going out was a little complicated and required help. But it wasn’t a trrrible experience. I would love it to be smoother. I never received my code to exit. But overall I love The Parking Spot and will continue to use it. I already booked my next vacation in September. :)

We travel at least 2 times a year to charlotte as our son lives there. This service works great for us. We reserve ahead of time and always get to airport on time with no issues.

Fair price

It is quick and easy to schedule and pay upon return, plus we receive great discounts. We are picked up at our vehicle taken to the airport terminal where our airline is, picked up from the same airline and taken back to our vehicle.

The convenience of covered parking and shuttle pickup and delivery. One thing that is needed tho. When we were waiting on a shuttle to go back to our car there were at least 25 people waiting and the bus couldn’t handle it. If there are nobody waiting to go to Parking Spot 2 why can’t that van also drop off at Spot 1?

Quick and easy

Drop off right by the car. I use covered parking, so im out of the weather when loading luggage into my car. Easy to have credit card on file and pay quickly. The learning curve was 2 visits to figure stuff out.
