It was easy to make the reservation. Easy to navigate the parking lot. On our return, the bus was outside the terminal we didn’t have to wait that long. The driver was very courteous and lifted the suitcase in and out of the bus. We are very satisfied with their services. We’ll definitely use this company in our future travel trips.

Pick up at car and airport is fast. So far employees have been really nice and professional. Just make sure that you make a reservation. If you just drive up without a reservation they charge you triple what you would normally pay.

This is my first time in Charlotte, I’ve always used it in Phoenix. Because of my experience in Phoenix, I decided to continue on to other cities. The parking was great. The pick up and drop off were great and I felt safe leaving my car there for 11 days.

I loved my experience at The Parking Spot. After parking, I was immediately greeted by the shuttle bus right where I parked. The shuttle driver was friendly and helped with my luggage. The ride over to the terminal was quick and easy, and the driver dropped me off right in front of where I needed to be. When I returned, the shuttle, picked me up at a very convenient location right by the door near baggage claim and drop me off right at my car. That shuttle driver learned that I needed a hip replacement and helped me put my bags into my car without me even asking. The pricing was excellent and everyone I came in contact with was kind. It was a great experience.
