I’ve used this facility many times and I love it. I would mention the new route to find the shuttles on the return trip. We were lost at the airport and we saw the sign hanging up when we got in the shuttle. It was so crowded going to the airport it was obscured. I love your staff!!

Online booking is very easy. I can usually find a deal or discount. Entrance/check-in and exit/check-out are simple and quick (important when you are trying to catch a flight or getting back late and just want to get home). Very reliable and clear when it comes to being picked up at the terminal. Shuttle drivers are efficient and careful. Lot feels secure (which is important in Newark) and my car is always returned to me exactly as I left it.

I was unsure how to enter the South location; however, once in, I was directed nicely to the parking location. I was impressed with the assistance given by the driver, as well as the comfortable ride. After returning from my trip, finding the location for pick up was a bit challenging. The ride to my car was fantastic. I was thrilled the driver dropped me off at my car.

Is very organized they direct you where to park very easy and you don’t have to wait to go for the airport the bus come right away and pick you up
I parked one time in the west side and never want to go there again you don’t even know where to park and have to wait tooo long for the bus pick you up, the same to come back .

It was nice. I paid online in advance. Arrived parked my car was picked up at my car they help put your luggage on the bus. Dropped me off at the airport

When I got back in town I was picked up dropped off at my car so I did not have to walk and was provide water at the end.

one thing, i feel there is pressure around the tip and that some employees are looking at what denomination you are pulling out of your wallet. not everyone, mind you. I asked one wonderful man if he could change my larger bill, and as he got change from his pocket another employee stood there and looked at how much he had in his pocket. Maybe he had a lot because he took the initiative to sort the drivers tickets and find my car.
