I’ve used The Parking Spot East location on numerous occasions. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The shuttles to and from the Austin airport are always quick to take us to and from the airport. Would recommend this facility for anyone looking for self parking at the Austin airport.

Reserving my covered parking online was easy. I'm older and not great with the cell phone app usage, but found the Parking Spot App really straightforward. The bus showed up quickly to take me to the Love field terminal, and on return, same thing - I waited only maybe 4 minutes for the bus back to my car.
One suggestion - again, I'm older, unaccustomed to using QR Codes. On exiting, had I not been behind a woman who held her cell in front of the gate opener, I'd not have known to do that. I would have loved to see an unmissable sign instructing me how to exit. Of course I will know next time.

Someone is always there to take you to the airport only one time the trip I just took I waited then I walked to the gate to tell the lady and she called somebody and they came to the gate to pick me up but when I came back the guy put the wrong stuff on my ticket so we had to drive around to find my car

I really appreciate the people who work at this lot. They are helpful and friendly. I do not like that we have to wait until all covered parked cars are dropped off before uncovered. Especially when we passed our car twice. Drivers could be more organized in how they manage the covered parking people. We sometimes go by the same set of cars because the information on the slip is not organized to be most efficient in his drop off.

I like the clear communication from the app and website, that shuttle drivers are friendly but not pushy in helping customers, that my car remains safe and untouched every time, and that it's a good price for the level of service.
