Low cost, pleasant and helpful drivers
We have had excellent service so far. We usually make reservations with covered parking and the wait on a shuttle is very short. Return shuttles are usually pretty good too. Drivers are friendly and helpful.

The 24/7 manned gate, 24/7 shuttle, fencing and covered parking all around. As a woman traveling alone, I like the security of being picked up and dropped off at the car so I’m never in a parking garage or lot by myself at night. I’ve used the East lot 4-5 times now - have never waited more than 10 minutes for a shuttle.
