Guest Testimonials
It’s near the airport, and it’s been reliable for years.
There is usually a bus at the airport or it arrives pretty quickly. Getting water at departure is nice.
Super easy great people make all the difference
Timely shuttle
Help with luggage and timely pick-up
Extremely convenient to BWI. Have used the service for trips lasting a few days to week long and have nothing but good things to say. Within 10 minutes to airport. Drivers are helpful and friendly, extremely professional. Have and will continue to recommend to friends and family.
Quick, easy and less expensive than the airport.
Easy access
Convenience of pick up and drop off
You have some very gracious drivers who help elderly up and down steps in and out of the Parking Spot vehicles. Always helpful with heavy luggage into your car on return from a trip.
Friendly drivers
It’s really easy to park there, it’s a well lit area. And it’s a short ride to the airport, very convenient to pay through the app, the attendants/drivers are really nice. Will definitely use again.
Easy in and out service.

Ease of parking.
Convenient punctual service.
The parking reservation was easy with the app. The QR code worked flawlessly on arrival and departure. The shuttles to and from the airport were convenient. Overall a great experience!
The staff is always friendly and courteous. I travel frequently and appreciate their service each time!
Everything was perfect...safe parking...quick shuttle services...reasonable price!
Quick pickup and drop off!
Best place to park while away!
Everyone is so helpful & friendly.
Fair prices!
Facility's location is relatively close to the airport with very convenient access from I-85. Making online reservations is easy and advance rates are reasonable. The only deficiency was the pick-up shuttle upon arrival at the site which was delayed and unclear about where to be picked up for ride to airport.
It is simple and efficient
Its so easy and secure!
Covered parking, transportation to and from the airport.
Very easy to use
Convenient.
Everything:
Ease of Use, pickup and ride to Airport was great. On return arrival a bus was already waiting when we walked out the door at the instructed location. The driver had to deal with airport traffic and we were relaxed. Driver assisted with loading and unloading of bags. Well worth it.
I've used "The Parking Spot" -west twice and another service once.
The other service increased the price on arrival stating my vehicle was too large a truck. There was nothing stated prior to our arrival, it was pure greed and we were taken advantage of due to short time span available. A 2011 Nissan Frontier is not a large truck. I attempted to report to the BWI Airport via web and email. No response.
Excellent value. Multiple buses running 24/7/365. Customer service is exceptional.
