Usually always on time for the bus shuttle ride to and from the airport. The barcode scanner doesn't always work though but as long as you use the same credit card on your account, you don't have to worry about your parking reservation. Overall I'm always happy with the Parking Spot and have used them in Austin, Dallas, and Atlanta.
Usually little wait for a shuttle
it works well most of the time, outstanding issue is ticket says to go to one pickup place and the app says go someplace else.
would like to see transfers happen faster, says every 7 minutes, i waited 20 on one trip
Ease of making reservations, discounts, and shuttle service.
Car was ready when we landed. Staff very helpful loading and unloading the bags
Always on time!
Easy to use. Secure facility.
With DFW under construction, easier to get to terminals.
Timely pick up to and from the airport! Professional and courteous staff
Driver to the airport was awesome.
Shuttle readily available both at the lot and airport.
Some of the nicest people to interact with…which is a giant bonus in today’s world.
the newly painted stalls where we were directed to park the last 2 x using your facility (MCO) seem to be slanted in the opposite direction of traffic flow down the aisle (I think row E) making it difficult to park in the spots without jockying back and forth to get straight in the spot. Though it seems minor, it is quite annoying
Both rides in the shuttle were easy and stress free. Appreciate this service
Love booking on the app. Very nice people who work in CLT. Always quick to pick me up at my car for the trip to the airport and didn't have to wait long when I got back to be picked up to go to my car. And the water bottles at the exit are such a nice touch!
Easy In and out. Driver waited for me to catch up at Airport. Great job!
Good rates and friendly drivers.
Convenient and easy. Great value for parking dur9ing trips. I wish you would bring back the valet sevice!
The prompt pickup at the airport and the convenient locations. I know I won’t be waiting long for a PS shuttle after a long flight.
Very easy and convenient to the airport.

Polite and efficient staff. Secure parking, easy check in and out, very little waiting time for the bus.
This location is convenient to the airport and any place I could possibly leave from. I have AAA membership, and that discount always comes in handy (get one, its worth it!). The shuttle is awesome and the drivers are always great. They even offer complementary water on the way out. This place rocks!!
