I had a great experience with The Parking Spot. The reservation and check-in process was quick and easy, the shuttle service was prompt, and the drivers were friendly and professional. I especially appreciated how convenient and efficient the pick-up and drop-off process was, making my travel experience much less stressful. The facility was clean, well organized, and I felt my vehicle was secure during my trip. Overall, the excellent customer service and reliable transportation make The Parking Spot my preferred choice whenever I travel.

Shuttle drivers was very nice coming and going
Easy and fast service always available picking up or dropping off.
This was a very easy process. I prepaid and scanned my QR code upon arrival. I was immediately directed to my assigned space and the bus showed up for pickup as soon as we unloaded our luggage from the vehicle. Upon arrival back to Houston, we waited around 5 minutes for a bus to arrive as we had joined the line right as a full bus was pulling off. We were dropped off immediately upon returning to the Parking Spot, and it was a problem free ride both ways.
Very quick and thorough service. Nice and respectful drivers. Discounted my last visit randomly. Tyvm
