Clean without chemical smelll.
I really like that you don't use chemicals and that there aren't any bad smells or any smells. The carpet was dry in half the time or less than other carpet shampooing.

quality of cleaning, price, scheduling
While I was happy with the overall job that was done, I was a uncomfortable with the 'lecture' I received about not vacuuming my carpets more often. Yes, that is great in a perfect world, but some of us work full time and vacuuming everyday much less 3-4 times a week is not high on our priority list. We do what we can to save wear and tear on our carpet by not allowing shoes in the house, etc.

Zerores has cleaned my carpets for yearly several years now. I have never been disappointed. Everyone is respectful and careful with my furniture, corners and flooring. I have referred you in the past and will not hesitated in the furture.
quickly done and efficient
Excellent technician, thorough and courteous. Our only complaint is the price. I would appreciate a note in your records. With no pets or children and with just the two of us living here and the fact we professionally clean the carpets annually plus the fact there is less than 1200 sq. ft. involved. It seems like it is on the high side to pay about $200 for a cleaning that took one hour to complete. Thanks for your consideration. First name removed & Clela Stamy

Technicians were polite,on time and knowledgeable. Carpet is clean the only negative for me was the carpet was very wet.
