I made an appointment on line and was not called to get more specific information. Unfortunate because the tech had no idea what he was dealing with. My tile floor is a total mess- didn't remove old sealant and now I'm stuck with a redo or chemicals to remove this. Communication is the key- please pay attention- that's your job.

My carpet looks fabulous. This is the first time I have ever had professional service for my carpet and the first time it has been cleaned since it was installed 5years or so ago. I didn't realize how dirty it was until I moved the furniture out. Now I am hesitant to put the furniture back in because it is going to cover the carpet. I also had my wood floors done and they are absolutely beautiful. Shiny and so clean. Like brand new. My technician was professional and friendly and very good with up-selling. He did a great job, he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about carpet and your services. I am so impressed with the service I received. Thank you!

The quality of work performed was perfect. The technician was great. However, for retired folks on limited incomes I can only use your services when absolutely necessary. The trip charge and price is kind of high. Don't want to sound like a squeaky wheel, but most retired people's incomes get smaller with each year and inflation.
