Clean and fresh with no residue
Nick was great will recommend to everyone
My carpet looked like the color was a grayish blue. When Nick was finished cleaning it, it was a beautiful, soft, baby blue. Nick was professional and very polite. He offered me other products, but I didn't feel that I needed them. He was careful to wear white "booties" while in my home.
The service was prompt and my carpet was cleaned using natural solutions.
The second person who came to our house, Jordan, did a great job, but the first person did not. So, if everyone worked as carefully as Jordan, I'd be more satisfied with the overall experience.

I went by the property today for the first time since Jake came out again and yes it is better but I do not understand why there isn't a way to get the stains out. Over the years when I had stains on the carpet, carpet cleaners were able to get them out. I know the property management company is going to have it cleaned prior to the new tenants moving in and I will certainly hear about it and have it effect my security deposit refund.
A number of stains did not come out even after a second visit. After your company's second try, I used a cleaner and the spots did come out. A traffic area is worn (carpet is 7 years old)- this is not the area I am referring to. Both representatives were very polite, wore she protectors and did their best with the spots I'm referring to.

Trying to sell me additional carpet cleaning which required me jumping up and down to go see what the technician was talking about and as a result, I ended up falling on slippery tile that had gotten wet from the carpet cleaning
Carpets just didn't look that much different/cleaner. Didn't like how additional services were tried to be added on.

Carpet is clean and dried quickly. The fellow who did the work was excellent.
No chemical smell on the sofa. Did't take long for the sofa to dry. The Zerorez employee was very nice and very informed about the product that he uses to clean.

I have used Zerorez for 4 yrs and they have made my carpets look like new. I have always been satisfied with their service and they tell me that if I have a problem or concern to call them and they will come back and address the concern. (I have never had to call them back)

Your representative, Jake, was extremely courteous and--unlike many in-home professionals--very personable. He answered questions readily, and was willing to help us experiment with a tool that is supposed to be very good in lifting carpet that has been depressed by heavy furniture. We were fully ready for him and and he did not need to help with lifting items, so he quickly set up was quickly to work and thorough. He was done more quickly than we thought he might be
