The only thing I would request is to please not try and change the appointment time. I work during the day and set the time window that is best for me. I requested this when I made the appointment and was still called to see if they could come earlier. Your technicians did a fabulous job and were courteous and efficient. However please listen to your customers when they make requests.
My carpets don't look much different than they did before. He was only here for 15 minutes. My sister-in-law that recomended you also thought that they didn't look good. She was very pleased with her jib, I'm not.
