The carpet had not been cleaned in 5 years. My tenant took good care of it, but still, it had been five years. Your employee took extra care to do his best and I appreciate his efforts.
The estimate on over the phone was MUCH lower that when technician came and quoted.
Jake was prompt (early even, after calling to see if the earlier time was convenient of course), he was efficient, honest, and the service was everything we wanted, impeccable.

The technician who did the work was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. The process is very interesting. We will observe how it maintains it's look over a period of time.
When I arrived back at the office on Monday morning after having a cleaning service schedule the tile and carpet cleaning the tile look as if it hadn't been cleaned around the walls and there were still flies in the corners and around the base boards of the offices.
You made things right today 6/6/17 by sending the technician back out to reclean the tile.
