Safe and residue free
Our carpet came cleaner than I hoped.
They are very responsive, respectable, reasonable and thorough. They also seem to know their stuff and even make suggestions on how to treat certain stains.
I love the no chemical cleaning.
I like the oxygenated water so I have less chemical concerns.
Furniture came out very clean, smelled great. Whole living room smells better now. Customer service was great. Prices were a little high, but great products.

The carpet and tile look great and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional.
We have 20-year old carpet that has been cleaned many times. Zerorez gets it the cleanest! No residue keeps it clean longer. Helpful and courteous staff, too!
The finished result at a reasonable price...
Overall, the job you did was just okay. The carpet was cleaned yesterday and last night some of the same stains are back.

Jared was extremely professional and the carpets came out way better than I thought they might after a couple years of kids and animals.
Josh and team were prompt, survived the area fully and gave me realistic options.
They kept me informed of progress and told me to call them with any problems. They were in and out without too much noise or mess.
The technician was extremely professional and the cleaning itself was fantastic.
Alex and Mercedes were very friendly and professional. Alex did an excellent job of explaining the process and my options, as well as sharing cleaning/vacuuming tips and an impressive knowledge of carpet and vinyl plank flooring.
The only drawback was it did take at least 12 hours for the carpet to dry out fully.
The gentleman was very knowledgeable and explained how the product worked. He as was quick and very diligent about the job.
