The technicians were professional and friendly. The cleaning appears to be thorough. I appreciate having the carpets cleaned without harsh chemicals.
The technician, Nick, was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely respectful of me and of my home. He explained everything he was doing without being too pushy. And the carpets have never looked better! I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone looking to get a proper cleaning of their carpets! Absolutely fantastic and I definitely will be using them again!

The carpet and tile look great and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional.
We have 20-year old carpet that has been cleaned many times. Zerorez gets it the cleanest! No residue keeps it clean longer. Helpful and courteous staff, too!

Overall, the job you did was just okay. The carpet was cleaned yesterday and last night some of the same stains are back.
