We had our tile grout cleaned in three rooms and after the left we found dust and dirt in the corners of all three rooms which would indicate they had not been cleaned during the process. We cleaned it up ourselves but would have felt the job was completely thorough if the technicians had caught this.

The professional that came to my home was fantastic! Very personable and very interested in what my expectations were in this cleaning experience. I felt very comfortable having them in our house with my infant daughter. I also enjoyed the corner protectors and booties!

The service technician was very polite and informative about the cleaning process and additional services offered by Zerorez. He was not pushy about the upsells, but just wanted to make sure I knew about them. I liked the way he protected my furniture with cones when moving the cleaning equipment in the house. The carpets look great and all the stains have been removed.

I was disappointed with this latest cleaning you did. It left my carpet with stripes of light and dark, about a foot apart stripes. The first time I used your service I was impressed, and I recommended your service to everyone. Now I won't.
Also I felt pressured into other services that I did not asked for, and in shot I felt "played" and "manipulated".

The technician was very courteous and explained the process prior to starting the job. The carpet smelled fresh and clean the next day.
Some spots were not cleaned or maybe they could not be cleaned. Also, the cost was greater than I expected at least on our home. The cat odor treatment was charged for a gallon of material and none of it was left as there was only one spot to clean.

We have used zerorez for several years. They are simply the best. Their customer service is hands down top notch from the moment you call to the the the time the cal time your careers are done being cleaned. Each service tech is knowledgeable and professional. And needless to say the carpets always look spectacular after being cleaned. !!!
I like that your company does not use detergents to clean carpet. The most important aspect to me is the superior customer service. The technicians were on time. Communication was great with the scheduler/dispatcher. The technician upsold us in a way that was informative and low pressure.
