What do you like about our products and services?

This is the second time we've used Zerorez - results better than ANY previous carpet cleaning technique we've used in the past. Carpets are cleaner, and drying time is much shorter than other services.

I am very impressed with this company! The two gentlemen that came were beyond accommodating, they even blew all the dirt and leaves out of my garage for free! They also removed a large stain by front door- my carpets look brand new- thank you so much!

What could we do to improve?

The prices were quite high. There were several streaks throughout that could only be seen after the carpet dried. Your guys are coming over tomorrow to take care of them. I've noticed that the biggest areas are where the fans were placed on the wet carpet. Maybe towels should be put under the fans, as this happened last time, also.

What could we do to improve?

Quoted price for pet treatment vs. actual price when technicians arrived. Tech said quoted price would only be good for 1 spot, when I thought it would be for entire room. Price increased by over $100!!!

AFTER CALLING AND GETTING AN APPOINTMENT, THIS COMPANY ENSURES A TECHNICIAN WILL ARRIVE TO YOUR HOME WITHIN A MATTER OF A FEW DAYS TO GET THE SERVICE YOU REQUESTED DONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE TECHNICIAN BY THE NAME OF NICHOLAS JONES DUE TO THE FACT HE IS VERY POLITE AND ALWAYS TAKES HIS TIME AND DOES A GOOD JOB.
