Who ever cleaned the carpets this time did a great job. Couldn't beleive how many of the stains they got out!
At this moment, I am in the process of removing solvents that are causing severe problems in my health. Because of the process and absolute absence of any solvent other that water, Zerorez may allow me to live in a safe, for me, environment. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful.
I like the chemical free cleaning, which seems to work really well. The technicians are always friendly, professional and competent. Jake completed the cleaning and was just a delight. He explained everything very well, offered extras and was very efficient.

NOT THOROUGH!!. Skipped areas. Soaked space carpet completely through that took 3 FULL
DAYS and NIGHTS to dry! We have since discovered other rug cleaners at least help move furniture, yours, did nothing. A few other infractions I will not mention. J.Last name removed

The service you provide is beyond compare. Corbin was amazing. He shovelled my whole driveway before I even got to the house. He was so professional and efficient! We got a basic carpet cleaning done to the house we just bought and the difference was wonderful. The change of smell was huge. We will definitely have Zerorez help us upkeep our new home! Corbin is a wonderful asset to you company!

Our service tech was very prompt, friendly, helpful and courteous. He shared info with me about other products and services offered by Zerorez. We will be sure to use Zerorez again! We hadn't even moved into our new home yet; and there was a fresh layer of snow on the ground. Our tech took the time to shovel the snow so he wouldn't track it into our home. He also took the time to shovel my drive and walkway to make it safe to for me!
No odor. Hold judgement till had 3 months experience. Person who came to the home was very nice, knowledgeable and took great care not to scuff corners, etc. So far we are happy about the service.
Our technician was very nice and thorough, asked great questions about what I hoped to see happen and was timely and polite! I love that it is a low chemical process leaving no residue behind! Our carpets look and feel clean, not crunchy. They were dry within a few hours and fluffy!
