Zerorez did a great job cleaning my carpets. There was some streaking that I was concerned about. I called zerorez and they were at my home within an hour to reclean. They are courteous, friendly, agreeable and stand by their guarantee 100%. I will use them again and highly recommend their service. Thank you!

Alexander, the Service Tech was very polite and informative. He went straight to work, did a thorough job and did it in a timely manner. He pointed out a worn walking path in the hall. also he suggested about how long it would take to be dry enough to walk on the cleaned carpet. Also, he further offered information about other services your company offered. We did have him apply the protective coating on the carpet where there would need more protection, like the dinning area near the kitchen and others.

carpets extremely wet when done..Left a musty smell
I made an appointment for Saturday between 2 and 5 - when 4:30 came and I hadn't seen or heard from anyone, I had to call to find out what was going on. I was told the person had gotten delayed at his first stop and wasn't going to be coming that day. Two things: Why no call to inform me of this and then the person on the phone told me they would have to see when they could get somebody out to do my rugs. I had to insist that someone be at my house first thing Monday as my house was in total ciaos from the furniture we had moved to get the family room rug cleaned. I asked to have someone call me back to confirm that would happen. I received no phone call till Monday morning confirming that someone was on their way to the house. Not a good experience for a first time customer.
