Green cleaners, and nice outcome.
The service technician was friendly and the cleaning really improved the look of my carpets.
Prices were outrageous. After 24 hours my carpet is still wet.
We like the fact the chemicals are not used to clean our carpets which allows them to say cleaner a lot longer.
Zerorez was very easy to work with. I was unable to be at the location at the time of service, and the technician was great communicating with me before and after the job. The reassurance that the center was secured after he was done put my concerns at ease. They done a fantastic job on the carpets as well as communicating, which earns my repeat business.

Your guy tried to charge differ than I was quoted and you had been out here a number of times. We came to an agreement. After that it was all good!
I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies and they never got the hallway as clean as you guys did! The house smells good and all the carpets are really clean and I'll use you again!
