The technician, Jake, was personable and efficient. The product itself was amazing. It cleaned the carpet very well and didn't leave a film or the carpet crusty afterwards.
Our tech, Nick Jones was thorough, efficient and handled himself very professionally while in our home. We will request him again when the time comes for another cleaning.

It's quick
We had extra treatments done to our carpet besides just the basic carpet cleaning, and yet not 24 hours have passed and some stains are back. When I have cleaned the carpets with my own carpet cleaner the stains have never returned that quickly. This was definally not worth the $300.00 cash we paid for your service.

I wasn't happy with the cleaning and seal done on our shower. It doesn't seem sealed. The carpets look great! He was able to get lotion grease out of our carpets that no one has been able to clean. I would recommend you for carpet cleaning but not for granite and tile work.
I just feel like my carpet is cleaner than other cleaners with no toxic ingredients.
