Zerorez was able to remove several unfortunate and unsightly stains from our carpet. We are shocked and very pleased with their products and service.
The product has a pleasant light scent. Our carpet is newer without heavy traffic wear, but noticeably spotted areas from spills were cleaned away; it appears bright and fresh. We appreciate the use of protective corner barriers and booties worn by the technician. The technician was friendly and patiently answered any questions asked. Very good experience!

i thought the service was great after several years of no professional cleaning they turned out better than I thought Zach was very good and easy to talk to
only one i would like to point out. i was quoted a price on the phone three times(because I wanted to make sure I understood) but when Zerorez showed up he had me down for a different price. i told him that was not what i was quote. he did take care of it.
so my point is show up with the quoted price or have the people on the phone give the right price. other than that I will tell people to use this product. thank you

The service tech did a great job explaining what he’d be doing,however, we reduced the number of rooms we had cleaned and he didn’t reduce the price. He justified the price by saying we had over-sized rooms. I don’t agree with that but didn’t think I could cancel once he was there.
No chemical smells and quick drying. All stains came up with TV he cleaning process. Good andcpolite service technician.
All of the tough stains came out of the carpet without extra treatment. Technician was professional and walked me through the steps and options.

I realize that the carpet in my master bedroom was stained, but there was NO change in the appearance of the carpet after cleaning. This is very disappointing.

The lack of a chemical odor after carpets have been cleaned. No soap residue on the carpets. Eric did a wonderful job and is very professional.
The tech was very friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. However, after he left it the carpet still had lots of "stuff" left on it. My son came in and asked if the carpet had been cleaned.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I really like that my carpets felt clean and not crusty after the cleaning. The drying time also felt fast
