The technician was very friendly and helpful, and listened to my needs for my carpet cleaning. he was patient with any questions I had since it was my first time having my carpets professionally done. He was very thorough and worked diligently on the job. as long as this technician is still there, I think I'll be using Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning needs in the future.
No chemicals or soaps
Parts of my carpet are hard and crusty for some reason after the cleaning

I can't yet speak to the quality of the cleaning process. Sebastian just picked up my area rugs on Wednesday. This review is regarding Sebastian's professionalism and thoroughness. He did an excellent job of informing me of the cleaning process and my cost options.

The representative that came to do the cleaning was extremely nice very professional and thorough. While I suspect the cleaning was done as it should have been even with the additional pet treatment, it is unfortunate that it appears to have not worked, The room still smells like dog urine.
