Up front pricing based on my long/short term needs with my carpet. All questions answered BEFORE the work was started. Very respectful and friendly. My carpets look great and the pet urine smell is GONE.

I appreciated our technician (I'm sorry I can't remember his name), calling to say he was in the area a bit early and could start early if we were okay with that. He was friendly, polite, hard working and very thorough. Our carpets are 14 years old and I thought they'd still look a little "tired" after the cleaning. I was wrong. They actually looked and felt great! Keeping the windows and overhead fans on, they dried in 5 or so hours. We are very happy and would recommend Zerorez to others.

My carpet is 6-7 years old. It was the highest quality carpet at the time we bought it. It has normal age and wear. We make sure to clean it regularly. Your sales rep kept telling me how bad he thought the wear looked and kept trying to up sell me on a spray protectant his other suggestion was to consider replacing my carpet. Let me make it clear that paying over $300 to get less than half of all the carpets in my house cleaned is an exorbitant amount. But now I’m told to replace my carpets as well? I’m will definitely reconsider asking you to return next year. And as an FYI it took well over 24 hours for the carpets to dry. It made for a miserable day keeping family and pets out of the main living areas.

I could not believe how clean the floors came out. They look fantastic! I did find 3 areas of wall damage (2 on the stairs, and 1 on the trim of the powder room) but with as large as the machines are, I understand.
The two guys that came to my home were very nice and courteous. They were missing a part on their van therefore had to go back to Boise and get it, but they were very fast in doing so. I’ll be scheduling my upstairs to be done in the very near future. Thank you.

I just feel that more service should be included rather than finding out that certain things that you would think would be included are not and in fact will end up costing quite a bit more on top of an already high fee. The technician was awesome and the carpets seem good so far ... so I think I would recommend based on that ... not price.
