On time, friendly, fast cleaning.
The Technician was well educated on products and services and did an excellent job in explaining them to me. Sabastian was very courteous and nice. I enjoyed meeting him and felt that the job was in the right hands!

Sean, the technician, was extremely polite, courteous, knowledgeable of his craft and attentive to keeping our home in great condition while bringing in his supplies. I think the pricing is spot on for the quality of the service. Our carpet which was puppy spoiled is back to "like new". I highly recommend them. Plus they gave my daughter a credit on her account for referring me.
Service guy was great!!!!! I though prices were a bit high for my area rugs, I guess one price no matter size and I had 3 runners and a little rug. Thought price was sq footage

First Sebastian and Zach have been our technicians and always shown up ahead of schedule, helped move furniture, explained ed policies and refilled our deodorizer without fail. They are fair, efficient and cost effective. We would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

The young man called to alert me he was on the way, was respectful, courteous and knowledgeable about the product to clean our carpet and the process. he also informed me about the ability to clean other surfaces in our home.

I appreciated them handling their scheduling faux pas with speed and professionalism. Also, I was scheduled to have an odor treatment for my carpet....while discussing it with the tech just before cleaning he recommended an alternate treatment that would better handle my concern. Thank you for not wasting my money!

Heather is aware. I have an email confirmation for 5:00 pm, not a 3 hour window, 5:00 pm. Didn’t hear anything till 6:00, they showed up at 6:45. They did a good job, but I felt they may have been in a rush. They left at 8:00 pm.
