Very good service and a clean carpet
The unique system left my carpet cleaner then it's been in years. The fibers were soft on my feet without that residue feeling I've felt in the past. Couldn't be happier with the result.

Guys did great job on carpets. I would suggest to b a bit more careful around fireplace hearth. A chip was taken out with machine. But overall good job

Service was outstanding as usual. The technician kept me apprised of his arrival time and he did an awesome job.
Overpriced. technicians only took 15 minutes to clean 6 rooms 1100 square foot house. 45 minutes total from pull up at house to pull away. Had to have them come back the same day to redo because carpets were still dirty “Wiped a white towel on the carpet and it was brown offer the cleaning”.
I am so happy with my service from Zerorez! I have a 23-year-old bedroom carpet that was stained by my dog's urine. And while, it will never look brand new, it certainly looks great! Eric was very professional and took the time and care to restore the carpet to a look-new appearance..

Great customer service and information
The technicians showed up early and worked quickly and efficiently. Our carpets looked and smelled better instantly. There was no chemical or soap smell which was so refreshing. It was really nice not to have my house smell like chemicals for days. It was also nice how fast the carpets dried. They answered all of my questions and even offered a few tips to keep the carpets cleaner longer. Thank you so much for a job well done. I will be using you again and telling people to use you as well.
Zac, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and quick working. He cleaned and scotch guarded my sofa, and it looks brand new!

Friendliness of the staff and the fact that zero chemicals and residues were used. I hate the smell of carpet cleaning chemicals so the fact that this was non toxic was huge! The carpets looked and felt cleaner, we will definitely use the company again!
