What do you like about our products and services?

The carpet smell was so clean smelling and fresh not like other carpet cleaning I have had done.
The person was on time and did a very thorough job and it looked so nice & clean. The person cleaning was very friendly and personable and went through questions that I had or he explained the process which I appreciated. The prices are very affordable and I thought very reasonable.
I would definitely give them a high thumbs up and recommend them .

What do you like about our products and services?

ZeroRez is a very non-invasive carpet cleaning company. Their equipment is quiet, their staff are professionals, they use fans to help the carpets get a start on drying before they leave and the house does not have that wet dog / wet carpet smell for several days after they clean. In fact, within 24 hours, you are able to return all of your furniture to the cleaned rooms and restore order to your home quickly.

ZeroRez does a great job, you should use them if you are able too.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The tech that came did not spend any time on the floors, he was rude and it felt like he just didn’t want to be there. My mom lives with me and she is elderly, she asked or tried to ask several questions and he would not take the time to explain anything.

I love Zerorez! The technician was professional but friendly. He got straight to work and did a great job. He sort of undersold the results ;) but I appreciate him not wanting us to expect more to just be let down. It made me even happier with the results we got in the end!

Won"t be using your company again, after your staff left a set of AirPods disappeared from my husbands night stand.

I'm sorry to hear about the missing air pods. As we discussed, we do vet our staff members and do not tolerate theft. We will continue to investigate the matter and hopefully be able to come to a suitable resolution of the situation.
