These carpets just don't seem fresh, like they have in the past.........they also seem to be crunchy, which i have not experienced in the past with zerorez

We were introduced to Zerorez at the Boise Home Expo last fall. We stopped at the booth, spoke with your reps, filled out paperwork, and requested a follow-up. Nothing happened. We finally contacted your company to make an appointment for carpet cleaning.
The techs were 1.5 hours late, and no one called us to make us aware of the delay.
We feel the upgrade pressure crossed the line.
The carpets were wet, not damp, when they left. It has been nearly 16 hours, and one room is still damp. (That is the room they applied the enzyme.)
Lastly, the carpet in two rooms now appear to need a stretch, which was nonexistent prior to the carpet cleaning.
Did a great job with what they had to work with. Easy to schedule and got in and out quick.

The technician, Zach did an awesome job at cleaning our showroom. He was very polite and knowledgeable on carpet cleaning. The first time I had all my carpets cleaned I wasn’t impressed. However another guy came out this past Monday and he did a fantastic job!!!! My carpets look wonderful. Thank you for taking the time to correct the original issue. This last guy definitely knows how to do his job! He should get a raise!
Smell is worse than it was before even after the second treatment. We are not resorting to replacing the carpet. I would say this is not a good experience in comparison to the other providers we have used consistently. I'd love a full refund.
I scheduled Zerorez to clean carpets for a listing of mine. Before the cleaning, I advised my client to be prepared to offer a carpet allowance due to the current condition. After the cleaning, the carpets looked almost brand new and even the high traffic areas looked amazing. The service technician was very helpful and polite. I will be scheduling Zerorez to clean my own carpets and all of my future clients from now on!
