Initially very accommodating of my time frame needs. Zach called ahead, arrived on time, discussed the price quote to be sure I understood, and was very informative of the progress throughout the process. Both tile and grout look beautiful. Very satisfied!
I love how clean my carpets feel! So soft!
Although the person cleaning my carpets was great the main reason I had them cleaned was due to dogs urinating on the carpet. After the cleaning there was a strong cleaning solution and urine smell that did not go away for a few days, and now there is a lingering smell of urine at all times. When examining the carpet up close in the target areas there is a strong smell of urine worse than before the carpets were "cleaned".
Zerorez is Perfect! Our new house carpets look amazing and are so Clean! Everything was Dry and Fresh really quickly!
We'll be using Zerorez again to clean our home carpets and then put the house up for sale!

How the carpets end up feeling.
My name is Name removed. I had my carpets shampooed yesterday I just got home and checked the carpets. They look horrible. (My Dad was here) when the carpets were semi wet they looked good. I am completely dissatisfied! With the amount I paid I excepted it to be done better then it was. I have used other services that have done a far better job not to mention they were way cheaper. I heard your ad on the radio and the DJs seemed to have glowing reviews so I thought I would give y’all a try. I was completely wrong! Lesson learned!

I have found Zerorez to be professional, prompt and very proficient. They arrive within the appointment time range agreed upon. They do the walk through and ask if there are any problem areas, and then they get to work. They cover their shoes, protect wall corners, and are careful of any water on wood floors. They have always given a bit of extra attention to my heavy traffic areas. The carpets are left clean, with no residue, and dry pretty quickly. I like that they do not use detergents or harsh chemicals.
Very courteous technician who did his best to clean the most stained areas.
