You charged me $60 more than quoted because I have a large living room. It’s actually an average size, my home is single level 1600 square feet total and I just had my living room hall and bedroom done which the $220 quote was high enough. A third room special would have only been $10 more, at the very least a fair offer would have been to charge a third room for the living room but the bedroom was a much smaller space since the bed and large dresser were in there it wasn’t as big. The technician was early, nice and quick. I just feel like it was way overpriced for what we had done: there were no stains to get out.

The products used for cleaning. Our technician, Kyle, was great: on-time, efficient, answered all questions, helpful. The carpets look great and best of all he was able to remove a 19 year old gravy stain from a dining room chair.

I like the fact that my carpet dries fast, and it also looks so clean and new with your cleaning method. Dave Ford is the Zero-Rez tech that I use. He does an excellent job of cleaning the carpet, and is very careful and thorough with his clean-up after he is finished with the carpets.

I think your standard rates were a little much for the furniture I had cleaned. For instance, you charged me a rate for 1 recliners for 2 cushions that were approx. 2' x 2' x 2'. I dont think I'd ever have you do upholstery again based on this experience.

Also, no one told me in advance that area rug cleanings take 4-6 weeks! Would be good to disclose that upfront.

I’d heard about you on the radio, checked Nextdoor comments and decided to give you a try.
Dave came out and did a terrific job. We have an older pet that we didn't know had begun using an area for the litter box. It was awful! Dave worked hard and the stench is gone. He covered the high traffic areas and 'spots’ beautifully. We couldn't be more pleased. It cost more than we anticipated but the results made it worthwhile.

Zerorez did everything they said they would do. They reminded me they were coming, They honored the quote they gave me. They offered other products on top of the cleaning, but did not pressure me in any way to use the other offerings. The guy who came over was respectful, very hard-working and very thorough. He offered ways that we could lessen the issues with our high traffic areas. All tips were very appreciated. Finally, my carpet was dry by the time my wife got home from work as I was told would most-probably be the case. We are quite satisfied

Austin was very thorough, careful, detailed, and informative about cleaning the house. We had a major problem with a sick old cat and he explained all that to me. Amazingly, It smells so much better. He did say some odoor will maybe return, but we're happy for the improvement. He wore the little booties.

Austin was very polite and personable. I would ask for him to come next time.

The rugs are not really wet, more like moist in the parts he had to do many times. Also, there is a nice light smell and not the dead dog wet carpet smell. I loved the black light flashlight so I could see where the main cat damage was.

Austin even did a great job on the tile grout which neither of us thought would improve so much.

I've had Zerorez before and would definitely have them again.

I had dropped a large glass ball on the rug and it had shattered. I have arthritis and couldn't get the pieces up. He knew I was concerned because of our two year old grandson. He worked that area several times for me. It's perfect now.
