It was very quick and efficient. The spots were gone.
Our service tech was polite, professional and did a great job cleaning our carpets. I believe it was the first time that Zerorez cleaned our carpets that we didn't have to ask to have any areas re-cleaned. We are quite pleased with the results.

They were very informative and explained in detail what they were going to.
Your staff did great job. 24 hours and we are still wet, enough that I do not feel comfortable laying down the floor mat under my desk chair. Thought the carpet would dry quicker. However, getting a clean carpet is most important and that he did. No complaints, just a remark.
My dog made a HUGE mess on my year old carpet. 😩 Zerorez to the rescue. Stains were out, my kids lives were spared and I was happy. I highly recommend Zerorez..
