Everything was great thanks
I loved the friendly service and timely manner in which Zach and Nick completed the job. They were very thorough and worked efficiently. The carpets dried quickly and were like new again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to clean their home.

The carpet looks and feels great! I had a red acrylic paint stain on the carpet they were unable to get out. The original stain is light but now it has a pink halo around it. I did not see that when they showed me the result of their attempt to remove it. That was disappointing.

Zerorez showed up on time and called to notify me that they were on their way ten min before they arrived. They went over every option for us and weren't pushy. My carpets look and smell amazing now. The whole process was done in 1 hour and 20 min, from the knock to them driving away!

We were very impressed with our entire experience. Beginning with the online set up. The staff immediately made contact to go over details and questions. The staff was great and so easy to work with even when I needed to reschedule. I received a reminder call day before. And Nick called when he was 30 minutes out. Nick explained everything he was doing and was careful and thorough. Carpets look amazing! I really liked Nick. He went above and beyond, even assisting me with a shelf I couldn't get down. A total gentleman. his assistant was very nice as well. Thank you. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone and if I ever need any of the services you provide, I would definitely use you.

I never give the highest score to anyone! You were good about scheduling, arriving on time, came in the time frame, and respective of my home. And you were good about returning when I was not happy with the first cleaning and it looks much better after the second cleaning. This was the dirtiest carpet. And really the only room I truly wanted clean so I probably should have gotten a bid for just this room and compared it to cleaning the 3 rooms and a surcharge for the room size being over 140 sf. But I was aware of this extra surcharge so no issue there. I don't know what you can do to improve. Having a carpet cleaned is a lot of work for the homeowner and something I dread more than visiting a doctor. Thanks.

I do have a room that smells the same if not worse than before it was cleaned. I was told that with in 30 days you could come back out....I guess we could try that. I was pleased overall.

I’ve been a customer for years. I like how clean everything gets without the sticky residue from other carpet cleaners. And because pricing is clear online, there are never any surprises.

Too expensive. $280 for one hour of work (I am a doctor your hourly rate is higher). I booked cleaning of 2 area rugs. The employee wanted to know if I wanted the whole rug cleaned (as opposed to just part of the rug???)
Employee arrived outside of the appointed time (in this case, too early - I was not home yet). I did not plan to be home one hour before the appointed time.
3 hour time windows for booking are too long - give me a time and come within 30 minutes of that time. We are not housewives. Sitting around all day waiting for a 3 hour time window is no longer acceptable to customers. Do not charge me $15 removal/dispensing fee when you are already charging $250 an hour.
