The technician was very nice and professional. However, it felt very rushed for the amount I paid. He finished my entire house in one hour. He had me check the rooms before he left, and everything seemed fine. However, after he left I checked closer and there were many small stains that didn’t seem even touched. Mostly marker stains in the family room from my kids that I went back over with a rag and wiped out with just a little rubbing. Makes me wonder how clean the rest of the carpet really is. A little disappointed for how much I paid. However, I appreciated getting an appointment so quickly, and with the communication of my appointment time. Probably would not use again though.

Carpet did not come out looking very good. Tile and grout don't look any cleaner. Apparently it is beyond your ability to clean. I don't know that I would have spent the money if I had known what the results would be.

My couch was destroyed by a roommate who had a dog and two cats pee and poo on my couch! It's a brand new couch and I thought I'd have to throw it out. The guys at Zerorez used their cleaner specific to pet stains and my couch is like brand new again! Yay!

The service was outstanding! The technician was courteous and on time. He worked very hard and did a great job. He removed stains previously thought to be permanent.

We have area rugs in the hallways--outside the three bedrooms which are being cleaned. The gentleman did a good job with the cleaning but left a pretty wet spot--about 6-8" in diameter--on the area rug outside the master bedroom. I discovered it after he left and am not sure how this happened but placing something underneath the equipment he uses would prevent this in the future.
