Only option is to return and I don’t have the confidence that it will be done right. I needed it to look perfect for pics for my realtor. The pics have already been taken, so the opportunity has been lost. No refund of partial payment was offered. Many clients have been lost!
Everything was great! My carpets look brand new if that is possible! Nick came in and came up with a plan and was a great communicator. We won't use anyone else from now on!

I like the environmentally friendly way that Zerorez cleans my carpets. I also had you do my upholstery last year and was very satisfied with the results. I like the fact that you are given a time frame that is a few hours, not a half day or more, and that you are on time. I like the technician calling when they are 20-30 minutes away. I like the technicians we have had; this year, Tripp was our technician, and asked about areas of concern, explained everything excellently, offered the additional fiber protector and explained the benefit of it, explained the environmental fee and the pricing, enthusiastically worked on lightening the darker areas in the carpet, and checked with me along the way to make sure I was satisfied with how the carpet looked. I appreciate the customer service part of the business as well as the results.

Zach was prompt and friendly. He explained the cleaning process in additional to stating an approximate time to complete the cleaning. He did a great job!
I have several dog spots in the hallway and
one in the bedroom. They were pointed out to your technician. Well, I still have the same spots. I waited until the carpet was good and dry, but alas...still have the spots. I condsider my approximately $200 to havebeen wasted.

Hello Carol, thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. It can be difficult to remove some stains especially when they are pet stains or odors with the regular cleaning. This is why your technician did recommend our subfloor or topical treatments to help remove staining and odors caused by your pets. This option was waived. carpet really got clean
Thanks for coming back to re-clean one of the rooms. It was extremely better the 2nd time! This 2nd person spent almost the same time cleaning 1 room that the first person spent on my entire house! After seeing the difference, I wish I would have had you do the whole house again but I didn’t want to move my furniture a 2nd time. Thanks for the good follow up and customer service though!
The technician who cleaned our carpets did an excellent job. He was flexible about what he could do with my sofa and fast. Plus I have huge chemical sensitivities and Zerorez was great.

Your service is VERY good, my carpets are beautiful. Your service person was friendly, personable, efficient, and kept the cost where we asked that it be. We were informed of various other services we could utilize but we opted to go for the very basic service this time. It was pretty dry the same day and completely dry the next morning. Very happy with the service!!
They recommend treatment options and then get the job done quickly and at a fair price. The carpet is clean and dries quickly.

Really nice technician
I really hesitate to respond - Please keep this CONFIDENTIAL. Above all I want to avoid any form of retaliation.
Simple answer is I love the company and the ZeroRez concept but to me as a customer the company is only as good as the professional care and service I receive from the rep you send to my house. This same rep did a fine job for me last year but during this visit from moment he came through the door I felt like I was being judged as not worthy of his best effort. Not at all sure why - but it seems to have something to do with if we were willing to purchase $35 treatment per room.
Apparently if treatment is purchased all is well and if we decline then why should rep bother trying to do a good job! Our house and carpets are always kept clean and well kept. We have no pets or children. We simply wanted the traffic areas freshened up.
We had carefully moved all furniture out of the way and we were friendly and welcoming when rep arrived.
From the start it seemed rushed - very little if any effort was made to brighten up traffic areas - amazing lack of effort or concern. Rep said several times if we didn’t agree to purchase additional treatment of $35 per room we might as well just “rip up the carpets and get rid of them”. We were told several times that if we would not pay $35 per room for treatment that we were just going to have to live with soiled traffic areas.
Last year I was impressed by effort and results - traffic areas looked awesome. This year we felt slighted and really looked down on.

We were expecting our rugs to be clean of all the dirt and grime but that was not the case. I thought they would be and we tried cleaning them twice. Our expectations were higher than the outcome. We won’t use the home service again. Trip was great and very communicative.
Thank you for your review, and for expressing your concerns with us. Area rug cleaning, particularly wool area rug cleaning, can be tricky, and often requires a deeper clean than can realistically be performed in the home. As we discussed at the time of both cleanings, to really get the imbedded dirt out of a wool rug, our in-facility cleaning and washing process is far more effective than what we can do in the home, especially when we are looking at dry soil removal such as sand, grit, and other dust. Wool will hold its weight in dirt before it begins to look dirty- which is great because the rugs don't look dirty all the time, but it is detrimental because when we wait to see the dirt there is A LOT of dirt in the rug, which then takes A LOT of work to get out. This is why we recommend a) regular, scheduled maintenance on all wool rugs and carpet, regardless of appearance, and b) regular in-facility dusting and washing of the rugs, and c) regular re-protecting and/or microsealing of the rugs. Without these crucial steps, no in-house cleaning will be able to maintain your rugs to an acceptable level.

I don't like your strategy of upselling. Whether it's the Scotch guard product, stains or animal issues. Seems to me you come to clean the carpet your cleaning process should be capable of solving a normal stain issue too.
