My wife and I had our carpets cleaned by ZeroRes. Their worker was friendly, competent, and took extra pains to get our spots out. The price was the same as estimated and reasonable.
Nick and Greg were very professional and polite. Nick explained things thoroughly to us before starting. He answered any questions along the way.
Your tech is very knowledgeable, courteous and a good listener. Helpful with one piece of furniture as well. They were here early too!

Dave keep me inform why it was taking so long. Second, how come you don't tell your customers to vacuum clean the carpet before you come over? I thought you would do that to get the dirt off first before cleaning.
It provides the product as advertised!! I had a different carpet cleaning service prior to your
service and was told that the carpet could not be cleaned. Well, your company cleaned it to almost like new. I was really impressed! Wow! My first time using Zerorez and I am shocked by how well my 21 year old, neglected carpet turned out. The technician did a fantastic job informing me about my options and what results we might see. He and his partner worked quickly, efficiently, and did a fantastic job. The price was very reasonable and there is no crusty residue or odor left behind. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to others and be using your company again in the future.
The carpets took a long time to dry. They look a lot better. One bedroom (office) still had a strange odor after the cleaning. I has hoping that would have gone away. (had a dog spend the night once...did not pee on the carpet..but still smelled a little like dog.)

Not a problem with the service--but prep and rearrangement takes so long, I'm not sure it's worth the effort.
Just had 4 area rugs cleaned. Only opened one (the others will wait for winter), and was amazed at how good it looked! Like new! And, if feels much plusher. Great job!
