I liked the product. It got the carpet really clean and looking good. The carpet was really quite dirty before he cleaned it. The service was wonderful. He was really friendly and informative.

When I was quoted a price I was not told about the $15 environmental fee. The young man did a good job, but appeared to be new, and didn’t volunteer all of info unless asked. We were satisfied overall

Our house smelled like wet dog when we got home and the carpet cleaning didn’t look like it cleaned anything. We didn’t have any spots or hard to clean areas it was just a simple carpet cleaning.

Nick was just excellent in knowing what treatments to use for various problem areas ... our carpets came out great! (we'd had another company clean them several years ago now, and the results were terrible) .. and Nick was very personable--a pleasure to have in our home

I was able to get an appointment the same week I called. The carpet tech was AMAZING (Zack), friendly, knowledgeable. I did not like the phone survey in my home. The entire process only took an hour
Techs were very polite
The service provided by David was very professional. David informed us about the process after looking over the areas we were requesting cleaned. After he was done with his review David explained the areas he would be cleaning and the proposed charges that would be charged.
David offered up some protection plans and or products for high traffic areas and we declined.
Once he was set up and started cleaning the process was very quick and the carpets were not over soaked and he placed drying fans in the areas he has processed.
The final project was well done and we were very impressed with the outcome. David is or has done this before and makes it look easy.
We would recommend Zeroez to any one needing a professional cleaning of Carpets.
