Our carpet was soaking wet when the rep left. We just assumed it was wet because it was cleaned, however after reading more about zeroes we realize that shouldn't have been wet for 2 days using fans,& electric heaters. We also now have spots that weren't spots before and some spots that are "rough" patches like something sticky was spilt then dried.

They were very helpful in answering all of our questions prior to cleaning the carpets. Our carpets look AMAZING!! The tech was very polite and did a fabulous job.

We would just like to comment on the excellent service that we received from your employee, Nick, who cleaned our carpets! He we very professional, well-informed, and very personable. Nick went beyond an average carpet cleaning, to a top of the line cleaning! I told him, how much that I appreciated his attention to details, and he made sure that he focused a lot of heavy cleaning to the most soiled areas. Nick was extra careful to wipe up any water drips on my hardwood floors, immediately, as part of his expert cleaning. My thick, off-white carpet is 17 years old, and had been cleaned twice a year, every year. Our dog was injured in accident, and had peed several spots, accidently, from incontinence, while he was recovering. Nick was able to remove those spots very well, even though, we only paid for the basic cleaning. So, over all, I would have to say that Nick has cleaned our carpets better, than any other carpet cleaning that we have had! Please, thank him for us! Merry Christmas to all!
