no soap great for pets
Super courteous and no chemicals!
Clean carpets, no nasty smells, helpful service.
The carpets remained very wet for more than 24 hours. Your commercials on the radio claim that your process dries faster than other companies.
You also were advertising a special where if you pay for 3 rooms the 4th room is free with the donation of 5 canned goods. My son was the one that was home and he asked the guy if he could just clean a small 3 x 5 kitchen rug instead of a whole extra room and he said, no. Then he then asked if he could do our stairs and count that as a room and he said no, he would have to charge us for a whole extra room. He proceeded to take the 5 cans, and not do an extra room. I wasn’t there, but this this makes no sense to me.

It cost too much. Stains remain after lengthy drying. I should have just fine with the cleaning and let the per stains stay. It was not worth $200 but I hope it holds up. The technician was efficient and heloful..

The woman that set everything up was great. The young man that came over and cleaned, Blue, was awesome! So nice, professional. And those ugly old carpets looked fantastic and there was NO lasting smell of any kind. I will stay long term customer and sing your praises to others! That's the best advertisement! Thank you!

I was very happy with the technician who cleaned my carpets. Then he told me I had to give him a ten rating. That made me unhappy because I felt I was being manipulated. He told me his boss was putting the pressure on his workers. Shame on you! I have had other businesses who brag about their high rating. Then you find out that they coach those ratings from their customers!

I made an appointment with local dealer on 11/30. Had carpets cleaned on 12/3. You Zreorez ran a special beginning 12/1 to donate food and get a room cleaned free. No one mentioned it when they came out. When I called, I was told because I booked the appointment before 12/1, I didn't qualify. Even though they didn't clean until after the special started. While I understand, I think people who are still in that service should be able to get the discount.
In any case though, the technician that came out was great. Friendly, professional, and knew his business.
