Had pet urine in my brand new carpets and had you guys out two times spent over $400 and my carpets still smell horrible!
carpets are very soft and dried quickly. the tech was professional and friendly. so happy how lovely our carpets look after the cleaning :)
Felt like carpet did not get totally clean in traffic areas, also we had to clean up entry where the hoses had left water marks.
