I like that there’s no chemicals used in your process. That is important to me. Your cleaning leaves my carpet fresh & new looking.

We have used Zerorez since 2013 at least every two years, but lately once a year. Our carpets are always restored to "like new" and never "crunchy". Will only use them for our carpet cleaning needs because we have been so satisfied. There was one time when we had a particularly bad pet stain that they treated which ended up just getting "diluted" and spread further. I reported this within 48 hours and true to their guarantee they came back and made it right, free of charge.

Nick is always very informative, professional and does a fantastic job with our carpets.
Great experience from booking the appointment, having to change the date of the appointment and the technician who took care of our carpets. We had three rooms, hallway and stairs. We added an area rug after the process started. Please with all the information, given an idea of reasonable expectations and reminded several times to call if we noticed any problems. We felt taken care of through the entire process.
