Great experience from booking the appointment, having to change the date of the appointment and the technician who took care of our carpets. We had three rooms, hallway and stairs. We added an area rug after the process started. Please with all the information, given an idea of reasonable expectations and reminded several times to call if we noticed any problems. We felt taken care of through the entire process.

Andy was GREAT! Both personal and professional. Your services were on par with the company that we have been using for the last five years (Chem Dry). We tried Zerorez because it was less expensive. Everything went smoothly. The test will be what it looks like a month from now. We only had two small spots and sadly they are still visable (they've been there for years so not your fault)!
