Andy was GREAT! Both personal and professional. Your services were on par with the company that we have been using for the last five years (Chem Dry). We tried Zerorez because it was less expensive. I was thankful for "no hidden costs" or pressure to upgrade beyond our needs. You'll be hearing from us next year.

Everything went smoothly. The test will be what it looks like a month from now. We only had two small spots and sadly they are still visable (they've been there for years so not your fault)!

Tech was nice enough. He put the pet spray but I think it was at the very end he sprayed something. He didn’t use much as far as I could tell. Said he would use a black light. Not sure he did. He was in and out in about 40 mins. I thought it was pretty fast considering last time there were two tech who came and it took them 1.5-2 hrs. Just hope he was thorough.

The technician was very polite. I was asked if I wanted the technician to wear his mask. Explained the procedure in the cleaning of my carpet. Answered questions thoroughly in regards to also cleaning heat ducts and also their filter for the furnace.
