On time, very personable and complete what you ask.
carpet looks amazing. but felt it was a little expensive.
The technician was friendly and did a great job. The price for service is high ( mostly the enzyme treatment) and I don't care for all the product pushiness which I'm sure is a requirement for the employee.
This was my first time using ZeroRez and did so because they came highly recommended to me by a friend.
I was extremely happy products they use are all organic won't harm people or pets. These products smelled of natural citrus and in not grossly perfumed as other companies are famous for using. ZeroRez offers a wide variety of cleaning service options which made my life a lot easier because with one single appointment I was able to have my carpets shampooed, area rugs, upholstery AND my ductwork cleaned rather than having to schedule separate companies to do each job singularly and piecemeal wasting a precious resource I do not have which is time.
My ZeroRez technician, Blue, was a the epitome of professional, a fantastic representative and ambassador for the company, along with being an all-around good human. He arrived on time, was extremely polite, took the time to explain what he was going to do, the purpose for doing so, the science/methodology behind it and took great pride in his work and company. Upon completion of the job, he did a thorough closeout with me and again made sure all my questions were addressed prior to his departure. Any business who is able to hire and retain Grade-A employees such as Blue, sets the bar high and should be what other companies in the U.S. should strive towards.
I highly recommend ZeroRez and have already done so to several of my friends and co-workers.

Thank you for making our house so much more livable. I was really having allergy problems since our carpet had never been cleaned, because I was worried being wool with Jute carpet pad that it would never come out well. But it has and most importantly I do not get all stuffed up in the rooms that were cleaned.

I have not used the Intelligel yet. After looking up the ingredients I see it has been banned in some situations, but that it is used in many cosmetics, soaps etc. Still I feel even thought it also had Tea Tree Oil in it that to call it natural is misleading, so I would caution against that. One of many good articles.

Thank you for your link and your research! In many ways, I do agree with the article. A couple of notes, though, on the conclusions reached. First, I agree, anti-bacterial everything is not good for us, at all. It weakens our immune systems, and makes it much harder to fight infection when it does come. Second, I agree that over-use of antibacterial "chemical" kills do make bacteria stronger, ESPECIALLY when misused (see some of my videos on Clorox and Lysol). The big takeaway is that chemical kills, versus mechanical kills, require dwell time to be effective. Alcohol, while a chemical, performs a mechanical kill in that it works by dehydrating bacteria, effectively killing them. Lysol and Clorox, and Triclorin, work by burning the germs to death. This takes time (3-10 minutes according to the labels) and if not done correctly, encourages microbes to grow immune. The gel we use has an advantage over these- it essentially coats the room in a microscopic layer of oil, which then will continue killing effectively for up to 90 days. There isn't the rinse factor as there is with handwashing or large brand cleaner/disinfectants. It stays put for long periods of time without being removed, eliminating the lack of dwell time.

The technician was professional and the carpet looked great after cleaning. Because I have pets, I added the protectant but think it's over priced. It took him about 1 minute to give it a once over over and didn't move the couch to get underneath. I didn't feel it was worth $75. Won't do that again! I can't imagine the chemical is that expensive.

Cleaning was done quickly, carpet looks great and cleaning tech was very friendly
The high traffic areas still did not look very good. They said it was because it was a high traffic area. It did not look much better. It was hard to tell it was cleaned. I vacuumed after it was dry and a lot of dirt came up like it did before it was cleaned. I know my carpets were dirty but I did expect them to look a little more clean.

Carpeting looks like new, no soap residue. Blue was our service man. Very efficient and pleasant.
We felt the price was reasonable and the technician was professional. While all the spots didn't come out, we were still impressed with how much better the carpets looked. We would use them again!
