Dry clean carpets
Spend little more time cleaning the carpet and less rushed
The technician was very courteous and professional. He called before coming over and confirmed the time with us. He answered our questions with great patience and knowledge.
Before conducting any service, we could confirm the charge and made our decisions without being “forceful” in any kind.
The technician was very careful and took the time to complete the job. He wore mask and shoe cover all the time and was respectful of the house and us. The overall charge was within expectations. No surprise.
The carpet and vents felt clean afterwards.

Now THAT .... is premium Customer Service. The carpet cleaning technician that came to my home was seriously awesome. Very courteous, professional, thoughtful, and made the effort to make sure that all of the carpet areas were cleaned to my satisfaction. Worth every cent I paid.

Really like the care Zerorez takes in cleaning our carpet removing any and all stains. I have allergies, with Zerorez there is no allergy flare ups.
Loved the thought there is no soap residue in my carpet. I've used other carpet cleaning services, including doing the cleaning myself and always have used soap. I'm hoping to notice that it will stay clean longer.
